These terms are between you and InveraWebDesigns, the operator of DriveKeeper. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
DriveKeeper is a personal vehicle management app. It helps you track reminders, costs and service history for your car. It is provided for personal use only.
DriveKeeper sends reminders based on dates you enter. It is your responsibility to enter correct dates and to act on reminders. We are not liable for any fines, penalties or consequences arising from a missed MOT, lapsed insurance, or any other deadline.
The free tier is available at no cost. The Plus subscription is billed monthly or annually as selected. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
You own all data and content you enter into DriveKeeper. You give us permission to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any commercial purpose without our permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. We will notify you by email where reasonably possible. On termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep DriveKeeper available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time.
DriveKeeper is provided as a convenience tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
If we make significant changes to these terms we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of DriveKeeper after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
